What’s the Client’s Problem?

Our client’s predominantly introverted students struggle with asking questions, displaying confident body language, and interpreting cues accurately in communication.

Client Objectives

Develop a lifelike digital tool for communication skills practice.
Offer personalized learning to boost creativity, confidence, and communication.
Use AI to bridge improv coaching and academic resource gaps.

Persona

4 persons through interviews with individuals from healthcare, art, and academic backgrounds using preset questionnaires to gather platform insights like goals, pain points, tech behaviors, and emotional needs.
